I have a 1994 puma and when its cold she starts no problem and runs and idols good and every thing but when i hit the kill switch and the try to start it it dont want to start almost like its not getting the fuel or shes flooding out what could be happening

Have you checked spark when this happens? Possible switch issue?

What do u mean by a switch issue

As in kill switch contacts wore and not allowing spark or the throttle safety switch (very common to bypass due to problems)
