I just picked up a 91' Jag...
It has been sitting awhile, but seems to be in good shape.
It starts easy. It seems to run pretty well, and the oil injector works.
About 100 miles have been put on it since October.
I generally run fairly slow but 90% + I have a freight sled behind.
Anything I should watch out for? I live pretty far out in the sticks and I really hate breaking down out there!
I have a few older Skidoo's that I really like, but this is my first Cat..
One thing I have noticed, is it seems to like to "dig" a bit when pulling out? Several times just getting going I've gotten stuck (towing a sled).. Granted I'm rarely on a properly groomed trail.. and often have to break trail first.
Thanks much

It is the long track, which is much needed up here in the sticks...
By lug, do you mean an attachment to my present track?
I'm familiar with paddle tracks on the newer machines but must admit to being a bit dim on all the brand descript nomenclature...

We do have a Cat dealer in the area, and I know of the location of a potential parts machine...
Maybe you could bring me up to speed a bit?

My machine isn't here right now. A friend is using it to bring in some firewood.. but I'll check on that track as soon as I can..

Thanks...

Thanks much for in info....
I'm afraid I'm not able to afford a new track for it, so I'll have to put up with what it is.
I'll just have to go out and run my trails more often.. which isn't a bad thing I guess!!
