What years and models are affected by this problem?

I've read about others changing mounts on the....

550H1 2010
700 EFI 07, Suzuki based
700 H1 08,09

What else and where else has this problem been found

I've looked for excessive slop on my 06 65H1 and on my Tcat and doesn't seem to be a problem? Both have over 2000 miles on them.

Basically what you mentioned plus 06 and 08 Suzuki 700 models, although the stock Suzuki 700's seem to last quite a bit longer than the H1 mounts.

That's a good question.
According to online parts the 09 550 and the 09 700 use the same stock part number.
So my guess is yes, they are affected.

I tried to look last night, but not sure if I was looking in the right spot. Is it just the front left mount that has the rubbing issue?

07 650H1 has some crappy mounts too, but they are a odd ball style.

I have yet to see a replacement for them so had to fab some up.

My 2010 mudpro has excessive slop , especially front left. At 2300 km. Oem mounts ares ordered and shipped. It hasn't rubbed through the case but wouldn't want to try and fix a hole and replace mounts. All bushings seem to be weak. Installed sanny's a arm bushings 1000 km ago. They are the "cats" meow. Sanny's shock bushing are on their way.
