This is on a 2000 500 Auto.

I replaced the float needle, cleaned the seat best I could, and nothing works bang your head
I need to replace the seat, but nothing is available from Arctic cat except a new carb....$613....Thats not happening!!
Has anyone out there found a suitable replacement for a pressed in seat?

you might be able to hone the seat with a little valve grinding compound and an old needle or small round metal stock, I've never done this this but i think it would work. float adjustment afterwords will be a necessity, 17mm from the gasket surface to the highest point of the float when inverted just enough to close the float needle.
