I'm looking for some thoughts on a carb. problem. 600 ZRT, sat for a few years, so replaced gas,replace filters, cleaned carbs. Started up, made a few low speed adjustments. Sled runs fine for about 1/2 an hour. I find one carb is flooding. Gas running out the overflow tube. Remove it to have a look and can't find anything wrong with needle or floats. Re Install, runs great for about 1/2 hour again, same thing, only this time a different carb. The other thing I did do, was replace the old fuel pump with a Mukuni DF52-92.beer-sign

Could be the Gaskits around the Needle and seat. I dunno. this is a tough one. Most of the time when fuel is coming out the over flows, its the needle and seat or a mis adjusted Float

Thanks for the helpful suggestion. It has me baffled. If it were the same carb every time, it would make it a little easier. I am starting to wonder if it could be over pressure from the fuel pump, although I have never heard of that before.
