how hard is it to do? i have never worked with the clutch before...i so the topic of "how to install clutch kit"

i have no clutch puller but i have heared from some that if you have aother person you dont need it?

its a d&d kit with teal and grey springs and helix...any help appreciated

It *can* be done without the puller, but I, along w/everyone else on here won't reccomend it. Get yourself a clutch puller, it should be one of the first tools you have on hand as you learn about working on your own sled.

I just put a kit in my ZR 800 & could not get the clutch to come off , so I just unbolted the primary cover changed spring & weights, & rebolted the cover. I did have to have someone compress the cover so I could get the bolts on.

That couldn't have been easy!

YOu can find a clutch puller used on ebay for pretty cheap. I needed one quick and just bought it at my dealer for <I think> about $36.

I had to do my secondary with it still on the sled. That thing is STUCK.
