Well noticed alot of people been asking how to do this lately figured I would show them so they dont make multiple topics on the same thing .

Hope this helps ya guys out. Also the when stretching a photo it wont always work at 30% x 30% sometimes it needs to be 40% x 40% or go lower and at 20% x 20% you gotta play with it cause not all images are the same size.
