I bought a new rear master cylinder on eBay for this arctic cat since the brakes weren't working, and now that I have it installed and hooked up, I can't seem to bleed the brakes. Gravity bleeding does nothing, and the turning bleeder screw method doesn't do anything.

I've made sure the fittings are clean and the little holes aren't clogged. The line from the reservoir to the cylinder is also clean from debris.

Is there a special way to bleed these stupid things?

Yes, you need to push fluid up from the calipers using a mighy vac or an oiler with a hose on it. You'll never get the air out of the system if you try to bleed it the conventional way. When you do this, you'll need to unhook the foot brake linkage or make sure it's not putting any pressure on the cylinder rod at all.
