OK to start not a ac but a kawasaki
I took the carb off to clean it took the to off and now the lip on the diaghram seem to big to fit in the ring on the carb am I missing something? I just cant seem to get it back together any ideas guys????

That's the nature of the beast when working with fuels and rubber - they stretch. Even though it seems dry, try drying it with a hair dryer for a half hour or so. Maybe longer.

Otherwise you'll need a new diaphram.

Try putting the diaphram in the freezer, the cold will contract the rubber and should help it fit. I know its been done before with rubber o-rings, etc. I cant see it hurting it as it would be no different then being in the carb and sitting outside in -30 degree temps.

THANKS for the adv sure enough the freezer worked now I just have to get the bike to work lol stupid old cow deadh0rse : :site:
