Take the cap off of the reservoir and squeeze the line coming from the rear coolers a few times until you don't get bubbles in the reservoir anymore, this will help get it out. Raise front of sled a couple of feet off and start up and run until the rear coolers (both sides) get warm. Lower front raise rear and run for a few minutes. Repeat this a couple of times and you should be in good shape. If you do a search on hear there are numerous threads on this subject that should help you out! Just make sure you are thorough. Raise the front end of the sled up high and then fill up the system, run it still on the incline and keep filling up the overflow bottle.

Take it easy and watch that temp light your first ride.
I just did this on my zr580 and had to top it off about 5 times after the intial fill up
