Ok so I have a 05 suzuki eiger (same carb as a 400 AC). I just cleaned the carb and now need a little adjustment. I have read that the fuel/air screw is covered in a brass cap. The only one I can see is on the left side of the carb. I drilled a small hole in it and then put a small screw in and pulled and wiggled. Nothing I can not get that stupid cap off. Is this the right cap I am pulling on? if so any other ideas on how to get it off? Maybe just drill a huge hole so I can get to the screw? On my H1 the screw is on the bottom as you all know.

did u get the cap out?

i usually take a 1/8 drill bit and make a hole. once im threw, remove bit from drill and use a side to side motion to pop it out!
