The spindle/bushing that the ski mount bolt goes through is so corroded that I can't get it to budge. I need to get it out but nothing seems to work. Where do I go from here? I appreciate any advice, Bill.

It's looking like I'll have to replace the spindle/axle. I tried heat, rust penetrating oil, a big f'n hammer, and pressing it out with a clamp. It still won't budge.

The bushings are on back order until June 8th (JSYK)

Prop sled so ski is off ground.... If you can rock ski up and down, bushings aren't the issue....

The bolt being corroded into the anodized aluminum sleeve is the issue.....
You'll have to carefully cut the bolt off at very end of the sleeves ends (to remove skis out of way), then replace sleeves and bolts and nuts and cotter pins.

I have the same issue the bolt comes out but can't remove the aluminum sleeve Wich is worn out .the sleeve is seized in the spindle.this doesn't allow the ski to move side to side on the spindle like it was designed to .
