A quick question for the experienced tuner. I have a 2005 F7 EFI. Installed the high flow intake and a D & D Y pipe and digitron EGT gauges. Ran this setup and got my EGT readings. Midrange about 1260 degrees and WOT at 1080 degrees. I then installed the Injector Perfector with a 300 jet. I gained in acceleration by a few lengths and 4-5 MPH on top end which tells me it must have leaned the mixture with these gains but my EGT don't show any hotter temps. Mid range temps remained the same as well as WOT temps. I then checked the plugs after WOT run. The plugs are a very light brown on the tips and dark on the outer ring. I was wondering why my EGT temp readings didn't change much if I can lean my machine down anymore. EGT probes just under 2" from head.

Looks like you successfully and safely leaned out your sled to get some more HP. I would push it.....sounds like your sled is running good.
