Anyone ever drag a new F1100 Turbo with an F7 that has an 800 kit in it?

Also, anyone know the weight of an F1100 turbo?

stock to stock they will be close in a short race. A turbo with the boost cranked up will eat a over bored F7

My AC dealer said that they raced a new F8, F1100 Turbo & Ski Doo 800. F8 & 1100 were picked, the Doo wasn't. The F8 beat all three. He said if the doo was picked, it would have been a closer race. He said they dyno'd the F8 at 168 hp.

both of my parent run z1 turbos and i have an 03 f7, I can win in any kind of deep powder because i climb on top better, but hard pack im eating dust.

F1100 Turbo vs 2003 F7 converted to F8

Ran my sled this last weekend - ran friends F1100 Turbo on the railroad grade. Raced 4 times, even let him get a jump on me, walked right past him. Anyone thinking of doing a BMP 800 Kit in a F7 seld - WOW! It pulls but it is very deceiving. I really did not think that it was that quick of a set up. We ran up until high 80's / low 90 mph. I respect the F1100 turbo has serious legs on the top end so he will likely catch at the high MPH but for a F7 (with 800 kit) to beat him is pretty impressive.

It was a lot of $$$ to convert the sled but so far I really like it.

holly your f7 should hall *** it should run up top too if you clutching is right you should be 120 no problem.

I am only running at 7500 RPM - I am not saying that the sled tops out at 90mph, I am saying that after 90mph the turbo really accelerates faster to 110 mph than my sled. 120mph is stretching it - that would be like 130 mph on the speedo since they are pretty far off from reality at that speed.

Regardless - a $2800 sled with a $2000 bucks of add ons spanking a $13K sled with a Turbo makes me smile

your rpms are low i think you shuld be at like 7800-8000 on a single pipe set up.and you should run 120 no problem .theys speedo are very accuret check your clutches .
