Voltage issue

I have a 2002 artic cat 375 4x4, i aquired this and it is not running. I have power and when I push the electric start it will turn the engine over. My issue is it has no spark so, I pulled the blue white wire from primary side of the the ignition coil as my service manual said took my voltage meter and connected to it, while it is turned on not running or cranking it shows 108 volts, when I go to crank the unit it jumps to 180 volts dc. I have disconnected the stator and rectifier and the 108 volts dc is still there. my service manual does not show the same. Does anyone have a way to check my cdi?

Thank you

Dennis

Voltage issue

Thank you for your suggestions, I will check into them.

Also the manual says I should be getting 31v +- 20% with the key turned on with the wire disconnected from the coil and
150v +- 20% cranking.
