In the process of changing my first track.should i take the plastic seal from the cable adapter side of bearing or no? also has anyone found the adapter siezed and been able to free it up? AC wants $75 for a new adapter. And just to be sure, the arrows on the track are track direction, right? the writing is upside down , this is why i ask ,thanks :beer_cheers:

I'm not sure what you are asking, but I'd suggest replacing both bearings on the drive shaft. Cheap insurance.

Not likely. But you should be able to find a good used one. I know you are in Ontario, but a place like Al's Snowmobile Parts Warehouse is a good bet.
