Do I need to get a new track right away or are these things built strong enough I can run it for a while on the lakes? From the inside I can see no wear at all. The exterior of the track has lots of white showing through.

I would say yes to replacing. That crack is concerning. Nothing like a broken crack ten miles back. You can get a used one and get improvements.

Not a track expert by any means, but think this could go either way. Just driving easy it may last for a long time, but it is a weak spot that could let go. Keep a phone in your pocket.

To me it looks bad on that shot where you see the fibres right across. It looks cracked.
