i dont this will help much but, in Wisconsin I can get a brand new alumium trailer with side door, cabinets and more for around 6,8xx otd so about 7,000 (2007). I dunno the name of them.

to be honest i would say too much for a 2001. there are 2004's 24' going for 5,500. But hey i am only 15 years old. this is what i saw and was told for prices and my own .02 cents forgot to add these are 6' tall and side by side.
