After some overheating issues last year I took the advice of a forum member and took off the cylinder head. I found the inner O ring had disintegrated.

Is this usually an isolated issue or does it mean they are all about to fail?

Do I replace the O rings on one cylinder or all three?
Do I need to replace the base gasket?

I hate to disconnect the exhaust. We just got them to a point where there are no leaks.

you dont need to replace the base gasket since you only have to take the head off. Unless you took the jug off, then you want to replace it. If you are replacing one of the o-rings you might as well do them all, its not hard to pull 3 heads and put them back on, just dont over tighten the head bolts because they are easy to snap. and make sure the o-rings are perfectly in their spot when you put the heads back on.
