What have you guys done to get your sled ready for the mountains ??

I am going to an elevation of about 8000' - 10,000'

Dealer said only to change the cam arms but the manual says otherwise..

Let me know what works best for the 2009 Crossfire 800

Thanks

Troy

I have the helix, weights, and diamond drive with m7 gears in it...I no longer need them since i just bought a new M8...pm me if you are interested. these parts are all for a 2006 xfire 700. Also have a 144 by 2" track and extension kit....makes a MONSTER difference!

I took my 08 Xfire out last year and used 68g primary weights, stock primary spring, stock secondary spring and a 36* helix with shift assist. I also installed a 2" Challenger track-although 08 was 136". I rode at 7-10,000ft and it ran perfectly. I think the Cat setup chart should get you right in the ballpark.
