What is this ??? One says CDI Box another mechanic says it's an Actuator box . On my 2004 Arctic cat 650 Vtwin. No spark. This box is located under the seat right beside the ECU.

Because your machine is not EFI it has carbs it uses an ECU and a CDI ( capacitive discharge ignition).
Tell the used parts place to look at the parts fiche I posted and demand they send you the correct part you ordered !

You can’t test a CDI without the right equipment

3201-039 is the Arctic Cat part number. It’s actually a Kawasaki prairie engine
