Having belt wear issues, checked alinement and found that its out. Tried everything, only way to get it right is with all engine mount bolts out except rear stator side mount bolt., bolts wont line up with engine straight, are off by half the hole. Tunnel and bulkhear are both straight, not twisted. Anybody ever see this before.

A friend of mine used to race for years. Alot of the sleds he's had, had to have the bolt holes drilled out or egged out to get 'em right. We were just talking about this the other day matter of fact. Some times you have to take the pipes off and use a 5' solid steel pry bar! Cat is not known for good clutch alignment. Some models are better than others though.

Yep its amazing how far they can be out. Although my tcat is good my zrt6 and another one the same was terrible. I egged the holes used shims whatever it took , well worth it in the end. I use a sled pro alignment tool kinda pricey at first but worth every penny , works great.
