I bought a M7 and a Crossfire 6 a couple weeks ago and at about 11pm last night my girlfriend and all of our friends drove about an hour up into the mountains for some sledding. We didn't get home until 5am but man did we have fun. Although throughout the night, my M7's check engine light came on and started flashing then went solid. So I headed back and loaded them up and drove another 10 miles or so into some better snow. I was thinking that it was the icy conditions without ice scratchers. The light stayed off for a nice hill climb then came back on right after my girlfriends started flashing too... Anyone have any ideas? I tried calling the shop but they are closed...damn. Did I forget something with the engine? Was the hi-fax getting to hot? ANyone please help a newb.

Anyways, I had a BLAST last night... Just want to get this stuff figured out.
Thanks, Chris

When the light is flashing its a warning that your coolant is getting hot. When it goes solid that means its hot and the engine should go into a limp mode, at least mine does. When it starts flashing find some snow. I would invest in a couple sets of ice scratchers if your doing any kind of trail riding.
