if you mean the carb safety switches. just bypass them by connecting a wire (or three) to the plug on the harness. check your ground wires carefully. I had a broken one that ooked ok but was broken inside the heatshrink on the connector. and the sled would not rev. it would idle all day long but would not rev up.

did you sync the carbs? and adjust the chokes? Does the sled fire if you put some gas directly into the cylinders?

start fresh turn the throttle stop screw out and then loosen the adjuster on the top of the carb and turn it until the slide bottoms in the mixing body. then turn the throttle stop screw until it just touches the slide then turn it 1 1/2 turns in. do this on all three carbs. then make sur the slides open fully and move at exactly the same time.
