Has any one else had bolts break off on there secondary clutch. Took my'ne to dealer today and they said this is the second one they have seen like this. I went on to look up the part number and it says the secondary that is on there should be replaced by a different part number. Do you not think this should be a recall?

Are you talking about the bolt that holds the secondary on? If so, I've never heard any problems about this with the '06's. I have a BD deflection adjuster; thus, using a different bolt than stock. Keep us posted.

Happy New Year! :beer_cheers:

If your talking about the Torx screws on the back of the helix...CRAP!!! I recently snapped two of them. Have since gone with stainless Allen Head screws.

I snapped two the first time I pulled mine apart. You need to heat the helix where the screws are threaded into the it in order to release the loctite, then they come out easy. They are crappy bolts though.
