I have a 2000 zl 500 efi. Same bogging problem as other readers. It happens more on the lower speeds when accelerating. Had a local dealer check all the basics but can't run it without snow down here near Shelby, mi. Any one ever get this problem straightened out? Could it be related to fuel pump more than tps. Any help is much appreciated.

Fixed the bogging issue myself. Faulty TSS. The dealer wanted to keep buying parts without even mentioning this issue. Thanks for the internet and this site although nobody gave me any input.

hey you changed out the tss or did you mean the tps because i have the similar problem on 600efi crossfire can you please let me know thanks.

It was in fact the TSS. Look on Google and type is a search for repairing a TSS on an Arctic Cat. Excellent video although I had to take off the center prong instead of just bypassing it with an S wire. My sled has never ran as good since I bought it 2 years ago.
