Well i went out riding today and blew a cylinder. the sled suddenly started running weird and not reving high and then it shut off and i couldn get it started again. got it home did a compression test and found 50lbs on the clutch side cyl. the other was fine at 120. Looks like im gonna take out the timing key and leave the boondocker what slp specs are. anyone have a good used piston and jug i could buy for relatively cheap? sorry abou the quality i toook them with my phone.

heres some pics. you can tell it was running way to lean by the wash. the other side looks a little better than this

No its been ran like this for a while now, since last season. I just want to eliminate the things that are making it run lean. i wish it was stock now.

You wont sell your twins for more then $300 used ever. Been around and sold lots of items. Twins are picky like i said earlier and boondockers arnt bad, jsut need to learn how to tune with them. IMO running twins without some sort of monitor, EGTs or A/f gauge is a real bad idea. You may have been able to catch i tbefore it went with those instruments.

i had them on ebay a while ago because i had a single pipe setup i bought off craigslist. and the cops showed up the next day because the pipe and can were stolen and confiscated them. so i was out the money i paid for them, and i took the pipes off ebay when they had a day left and were bidded at like $415. i just want a sled thats reliable, with all the stuff thats done to it i dont trust it anymore
