Question on belt I should run..I have an 03 f7 I put a team tied secondary on it and a big pin cat 8.25 from an 08 m8 that is set for a 1.448 wide belt..stock clutch is 8" and1.400"x 47.750 belt..don't want to shim and would like to use full clutch so after doing some searching I'm wondering if a 0627-086, 085 belt that's 1.448 x 48.149 would work. It fits a 2014 zr 6000r with a center to center of 12.1 and the f7 is 12.2.I know the zr runs a team clutch just not sure what diameter they are..or should I try a 0627-049 or -059 belt that is 48.162..any input would be appreciated.at 200$ for the 85 86 belts or 90 for the 49 59 belts don't feel like eating money on a blind shot + the 49 59 are rare as they are for bearcat w/t turbo..

i am running a team tied on my 2014 zr8000. I am running the 083/084 belt which is the same width as the 085/086 but is a touch shorter and it works fine. The 083 is sub $100 dollar belt the 084 is about 200. the 083 is a 47.519 spec length. The tied i have has a bigger diameter than the stock procross clutch. not sure how much the longer c to c on the firecat would come into play. The 2015 and up XC sled with the team (same clutch as the 14 - R is running the 083)

What diameter are the clutches on that? Thought that was a 10.4..was looking at that belt as my secondary is 10.6 I figured it would be short of they run a 10.4..

Well if anybody is wondering, I ended up using a Polaris 075 belt..perfect full shift and 1" deflection with the ribs just above secondary..

I might have to do this. I have an 03' f7 and it has a little over 1 3/4" of deflection with an 0627-020 and the two thick washers removed from between the sheaves. Belt rides 1/8" above and still too loose
