I can't seem to get the belt of my 2009 H1. Just trying to get a new belt on because it has a spot worn out of it. Been searching because i bet there iis a thread about this already, but I can't find one.

Can anyone help out?

thanks

spread the sec with a cover bolt. leave it spread until you retighten the primary. do not tighten the primary on the belt. and use red loctite.

yes take the nut off the primary first, then spread the sec and the belt should silp off, you might have to remove the sec also. i don't but yours might take it. just make sure you don't tighten the primary on the belt.

hold the plate with your thumbs when you take the primary off so the rollers don't fall out and roll everywhere.

if you get back on to see this you might wanna think about doing the sec mod to get some more pressure on the belt so it doesn't flat spot again.
