Pulled the driven (secondary) clutch on my 1990 Prowler to go through and was looking at the wear on the buttons. Are they worn too much ? how much is too much ?

Normal wear, but I would change them as long as you have it apart.
Are they worn too much, no.
But they're like a dollar or two so I would always replace those usually annually.
How about aftermarket buttons ? yay or nay ?

They are all made in China, so it really doesn't matter, other than the price.

I would go AM no problem. Make sure your ramps are very smooth so it doesn’t wear out the new buttons.
I don't normally like aftermarket but for clutch buttons it doesn't matter. Dennis Kirk should have them

I would see if the ramp has grooves in it too. Also a new spring if nothing has ever been changed before. I did buttons, spring and ramp on my 90 prowler shifts up an down smoother now.
