According to Arctic Cat the weight of my 2007 Arctic Cat Diesel 700 is to heavy to put their Tiger Trax Track system onto. What is the actual weight rating of these tracks?
I think you may be forgetting the "back 1/2" that lower gearing offers - HIGHER RPMS. Typically most diesels are not fans of high RPMS & your CAT is a small diesel compared to most other platforms out there. But how does "gearing" justify not being able to use the tracks? All that tells me is that it is going to be slower? Im fine with slow, this diesel is slow as can be anyway. Still wondering what the actual weight rating is for the tracks too?[/b]
Mattracks are running about $3500 for the tracks then you have to buy the mounting kit. And from what I have seen the Camoplast traacks are around the same. I found the Tiger Trax for $3195 plus the mounting kit.Other tracks are avialable, right? Like Mattracks... Probably cheaper then the cat ones too.[/b]
