I will likely switch to these for my winter riding season to check them out. I still LOVE the shocks and they work great! They actually seem a bit more durable than the original AC models.

These look like the same shocks I bought before:

Rear

Front

All 4

I would suggest that anyone who changes their shocks should try to do all 4 if they can. Because there is a small change in geometry and ride height, this provides a more uniform change both front and back.

And that is also an important note, these DO change the ride height and geometry a bit depending on how much pre-load you add. They are roughly 1" longer both front and back and they provide roughly an extra inch of travel both front and back. So the change is not excessive but if you have made other changes that affect your ride height or geometry this could make your ride a little squirrely if you are not careful. And because of the geometry change it is my opinion you should make the same change both front and back.

Any idea if these would work on a 2001 500 auto 4x4?
