BNG's (Bold New Graphics for those who don't know that term) for next year?!?!?

I wonder if they'll continue to use the "fleet average" for their EPA compliance, or if they have something else up their sleeve? It was my understanding that the fleet average thing was getting more & more strict each year. But maybe with the four strokes, and the length of time Cat has been producing them, allows for more leeway?

Not quite the same hype as last year ...Eh!![/b]
I'll have to say that you're correct unlike the Limited Edition sleds in '03 through '05. My hype practically died last year after looking at the '07 sleds at Turning Stone Casino last Spring.

Tried to overcome my disappointment by reading the F series forum most recently as I feel for everyone's pain when they're experiencing several problems on their new sleds.

True DFI would be nice on any sled, then they can get rid of the heavy 4 strokes

im thinking thats not a real picture, seeing as how they havent released the lineup yet.......[/b]

well I can tell you from what I know for next year all the sleds are going to be sporting the new f series bulkhead
they are doing this to reduce manufacturing costs from hvin to switch the assembaly line from one prod to the next

so dont be suprized if the crossfire is in that chassis or it has a totaly new name for the 2008 year

I highly doubt it as the expensive part the tooling is already paid for on the M-CF series and that new bulkhead in its current forum would be junk in the mtns. Way to heavy and would put a new Cat Mtn sled back in the 4 stroke yamaha weight range. Just my opinion though. If they do i'll have to buy an extra M chassis as its the best mtn sled i've ever rode with the new Dragon being very close if not even which is built on the same principals as the M chassis. Lightweight and nimble.
