Well it's 2017 now, whats left out there for aftermarket 1M/King Cat Suspension parts besides Iceage rails who makes what, done fair amount of googling haven't found much, don't see anything from Holz or Zbros, not much on ebay... also wondering about a bolt in 162" Skid upgrade? Or perhaps a 159?

Lots to be found used. Fabcraft still makes A-Arms and I bet Alt Impact might even make em too.
The stockers were plenty light tho.

As for the rear, plug in whatever you want. You may have to get creative with some spacers to match the tunnel width but anything and everything will fit. Lots of good coil over skids for sale that I've seen. Holz, Fabcraft, M-Series conversions etc.

There are slight differences. Meaning you might have to drill holes to mount your torsion spring blocks(if replacing rails only) and spacing the shafts to mount properly into the wider tunnel. Good news is that the spacing between rails is all the same in every sled basically. It's fairly straight forward.

06 M-Series suspension
09 M-Series Rails
99 Snopro Chassis(basically the same as yours-front suspension mount location will be different)

Good info and thanks for the photos, now when you say he used 06 my series suspension do you mean 06 like 1M series? Cuz the arms and such look identical to my 04 king, otherwise the rest is pretty straight forward, also noticed he ditched the lower biggie wheels and is just running the uppers and rears, I'm sure not too bad with the ice scratches and short track bit would that be a bad idea with a 162?

M-Series arms but the arms and shocks are damn near identical except for the length.
We ride mtns and we don't run any bogies. Just upper and rears in all our sleds. And a good set of scratchers with a head on your shoulders!

I am having some Titanium components fabricated (50 sets) that would fit your front suspension. The parts are a titanium version of pn# 4606-402. Shoot me a message if your interested. They fit Cat sleds 03' to 11'. I am putting these on my 08' Crossfire and a buddies 1200cc ice drag sled.
