Hi everyone!
I am considering the purchase of a small cabin that is right off the snowmobile trail in Lake, MI. I think the trail is called the Baldwin trail and hear it is a rail trail.
What is the average season snowfall in this area and how is the trail system to the west of this? Are they groomed? Given that it is mid-state I am a little hesitant ref the amount of snowfall. Would definitely want to be able to ride from the cabin in the winter time. Anyone with knowledge of the area and trail system I would appreciate any info you can offer.
Thanks!

Always heard of good riding over that way, but even in the "best" of snow conditions (when over that way through the years), the snow was only really impressive IMO once, 2 seasons ago (early 2016)

My Stepfather used to have a place just off of "Wolf" lake(??), went up there more than once during the seasons he was still alive, never seen many sleds up that way.
