I’ll never use you people for anything again customer service is all but no existent. Refund yea what a joke never communication from the same person. Can’t talk to management. Can’t get an answer on a check that was sent to me for a refund that your bank bounced 3 months ago. Every email say I’ll have an answer in 3-5 days. Every call the same thing. Support can’t give me a number or transfer me to the accounting / billing department. Issue goes all the way back to March 7 2022

Last communication from support email ( and never the same person twice by email or when you call on phone they can’t forward the call to that person or to management or accounting for that matter.). Said check would be mailed on the 5/5 and delivered about 5:25. I sent email on 5/9 to confirm it was sent silk no response. So it’s wait and see. Oh your bank bounced the original check the sent me on 3/ 7.
