Hi guys, I am still having top speed problems with my Artic Cat. I only can go about 27 mph on my machine. I added seafoam to gas, checked air filter, and was about to change the oil but realized I didnt have a socket that big. BTW, what size socket will fir the oil drain plug? I don't know what else to do. It is in hi gear and it runs fine just slow as hell. Any suggestions?

First off, is your 400 an automatic or a manual. The socket size for the train nut isn't that large maybe a 12-14mm. For you top speed problem. Is the motor at top rpms when you trying to go full speed or is it bogging? Also does it feel like the motor or the transmission is slipping?

it is a 400 4x4 manual and it sound like it is at top rpms when I drive it. I can't really tell if it is slipping. When I shift to 5th gear it just continue to run 27mph. Thanks.
