I am planning on taking the skid out tommorrow. I am just wondering if there are any things that I should look at for the cause. Everything worked last year, but it did not see too much use. I just greased everything this year and now it has no rebound. I don't think that it would freeze like that. Any suggestions appreciated.

Check the pinned posts at the top for tips and pics. Make sure your rear shock lower pivot arm didn't get swung underneath by accident!

Before halling out your skid try lubricating your shock shafts with some injection oil. I haven't had one seize up on me yet.

maybe your rear springs are bagged and not providing enough force to lift the back up after the shock is compressed. can check for this by lifting on the back of the sled and if the tunnel lifts up and the skid returns to normal i would bet its the springs
