i got this thing running today,cleaned carbs ,new fuel,it had water in the tank got it out,fired it up and it ran great idling,took it out and now it seems like its not getting enough fuel,i have to run it on full choke to keep it going ,any ideas on what this could be or what i need to do next

Ya they are clean and hooked up right when i first started it it idled great for 10 to 15 min then i took it out and it started acting up,it runs good with it chocked, now it had alot of water in the tank,i didnt change the fuel filter but i blew all the lines and pumps out,drained the tank,it just seems like its not getting enough ffuel for these big carbs

could this have anything to do with the carb switches, if so how do ya jumper them,and when i did the stator there was a groud wire on the recoil bolt but was broken off where would that go to,could that be a issue

That ground wire goes to the frame.
If you did not put a new filter and some seafoam or other drier in, you probably have plugged jets again.
