Hi !

According to Arctic Cat workshop manual the jetting in the ( 2004 - 2006 ) 650 V-Twin Kawasaki engine should be:
  • Main Jet: 120 ( Front carburetor )
  • Main Jet: 115 ( Rear carburetor )
  • Pilot screw setting: 2,5 turn out.
Today I had my carburettors apart for the first time and find that I have 122 as Main Jet in both carburetors
and that the Pilot screw setting is adjusted to 3.5 turns out on both.

Does anyone here know what is really right ?
Has there been any service announcement about changing or why is it done this way ?

Someone might have installed an aftermarket jet kit like dynojet. Does it have c-clips on the needle ?

No C-clip on the needle.
Everything inside the carburetors are as per Arctic Cat manual except the main jets and the Pilot Screw Setting.

My riding height: 1150~1476 ft. ( 350~450 meter )
