I'm a newbie, so don't shoot me, but I have a 97 EXT 580 EFI that seems to have the clutch set
a little too high. I've run the track a few times, and it doesn't take off until I hit 5000 Rpm's.
It currently has a yellow spring on the clutch pack, but that is the extent of what I know about
this part. Do I need a different Spring, or is there some settings I can change to lower it down
to around 4000 rpms to engage, or should I leave it alone, is this the way it should be?

Thanks in advance,

Pyro

stock engagement is around 4800. i would leave it alone, but you can lower engagement with a softer primary spring.
