2011 HCR ECU/injectors

I am parting out a 2011 arctic cat HCR. My issue is that the sticker is not on the ECU and there are 3 different ones (square,circle and triangle). Local dealership says that they match the injectors. Perfect I think, check the injectors and it will tell me which ECU I have…. Problem is my injectors are aftermarket (1001-87k80 part number) which come up as injectors that also work on Toyota Camry/Corolla. Is there a way of figuring out which ECU I have or can they be mixed and matched with injectors?
