I have a 2011 Bearcat Z1 XT and can't get the track aligned properly. The driver teeth are pressed tight against the one side of the track windows leaving very little clearance between the track and the clutch side of the tunnel. AC suggested pressing the drivers over a little to center the teeth in the window. The dealer did this but the track just followed the drivers leaving even less clearance between track and tunnel. Also, the rear of the track will not align properly unless one side is adjusted tighter than the other.
Wondering if anyone has had this problem or have any ideas on what would be causing this. Drive shaft not square in tunnel??? track problem???

Re: Bearcat track alignment

Thanks Bearcat. Thats what I'm thinking too, But hope it's something simplier as the diamond drive doesn't allow for any adjustment to square the shaft. Other than that problem it's a great work sled and a very comfortable touring machine to boot.
