Its pretty straight forward. Pull both axles, the drive shaft and un bolt it. It takes a little time as both wheels have to be removed so that the axles can come out. The rr brake disc might have to come out too. A while back I flip flopped rear diff's on our two 07 700's trying to track down a noise. I think I did it in under 2 hours and both were up and running again.

Thank you, we did get it out, however the clunking in the rear end is in fact not the rear end but 2 bad axle shafts that were just replaced. Thank you for your response.
