My gauge works on rpm, time etc. but when I swith to speedometer the needle goes to '0'.
I can't fine any cable going to the wheels. I don't know how it senses the speed. Is it electric?

My xtx efi has a speed sensor. I imagine yours does also. Should be on the rear crankcase.

try here & download your manual. I paid $52 for mine @ the dealer. $5 here is a bargain.
