Hi All,

I have a 04 700 Firecat with (ECU?) problems.

The sled start's fine and runs fine at low speed as soon as you try to accelerate aggressively the over heat light flashes. It happens if I am in powder or on hard pack if the sled is cold, or heated up. It even happens when I have the back of the sled on a stand.

I checked the coolant and it is full, also checked the heat exchanger and they are also warm. If I shut down the engine the light goes off and does not come on again until I try to accelerate hard again.

Any ideas...

Help.

bang your head

Update: I tried the burping procedure and still no differance, but when the light came on again this time I counted and guess what It flashed 6 times....so servo failure right ...my next question is does the sled go into limp mode when the servo fails?

Help again.. :help
