I have a 2003 Arctic cat 300 that is stuck in super low gear the shifter on the side will not shift into low or high gear

Rock the machine while trying to shift. Alternate throttle on , throttle off to take the pressure off the driveline.

Try what doorfx suggested. Also starting the machine can aid in shifting between ranges.

I have tryed everything it will sift in all five moving gears but it is stuck in super low and only goes 15 toped out

Did this work ok before and you shifted it into super lo then it failed? Is the range shifter jammed or is it loose? Either way you may have an issue in the sub transmission.
