2001 Thundercat leak?

So,
I have a 2001 Thundercat and I recently noticed that in a certain section of my tunnel the snow was golden in color. It feels oily, and I am really stuffed up so I can’t detect a smell. Is this normal? Do I have a leaky fuel line or is there some kind of drain?

Where in the tunnel? Could be a number of things, chaincase oil, gas, shock oil.

Almost exactly halfway back. Centered in between the cooling rails. I will try to get a picture..

Are you sure it isn't coolant? Old coolant can have a brownish rather than green look to it as well?
