I have a 97 zrt 600 tripple and I was wondering what track to get for off trail riding and pre studed.
on a track fitting site it said 121 x 15 x .75 and 2.52 pitch but would I be able to put a
121 x 15 x 1.22 and a 2.52 pitch?

I agree with TallCool1 very different condition, like asking which tire will work good in the mud and the race track. But be realistic on how much ice riding and what type you will be doing, if you are talking the occasional run across the lake or some dragging with your friends, I would think a good 1.25 track with studs would be a decent combination for both. One thing to consider would be to stretch the rear to a 136 this would really help with the off trail stuff, might open up more track options.

none NO track that works well on ice is going to work well OFF trail
add in the fact your not going to have a ton of clearance to run DEEP paddle tracks on the sled!

off trails deep paddles will be your friend on a SHORT track ZRT 600
on ice
you want less paddle and lots of STUDS and carbide!
