I rode my 12yo son's F570 for a distance on a straight away on our way to Mackinac Bridge and it was a constant fight to keep it straight. I have newer carbides and no studs. Trails were several inches of fresh snow with ice under. Is there something I can do with the sled to make it less of a fight to keep straight? The sled was constantly all over. I'm used to my studded dual carbide Sabercat.

Check the ski alignment. They also make easy steer attachments for the skis.

Darting can be caused by over carbiding, to much ski pressure, skis out of alignment, incorrect skid adjustments.

I had the same problem with my 2012 f570, riding down a trail and the sled was all over the place, I replaced the single carbides on the skis with a set of woodys dooly and it resolved the darting issue, the only trade off was a reduction in traction in the corners, it was well worth the trade off though, went from hating riding the sled to really enjoying it.

What Edge said, skid adjustment...don't know if the 570 is adjustable though, is it?
